Thanks to HOA President James Falconer for informing the Board of this program and following through all the details necessary to get the work done and receive payment! The $40,000 that PG&E has given the HOA covers payment for all of the HOA’s expenses which included purchasing more efficient lights and a hot water heater for 250 Whitmore St

    Thanks Joe. Onwards to the next buildings, will be replacing the water heaters in 2005 Pleasant Vally Ave in the next few weeks. 288 Whitmore early 2019.

    James deserves full credit for proposing, leading, and executing this major upgrade for the HOA! These upgrades not only replace but improve the quality of the water heaters in each building, at essentially no cost to the HOA, and will reduce operating costs going forward. The lighting project will similarly contribute to greater efficiency in the future. Kudos to James! We’re all grateful!! 🙌
