On Friday afternoon, a young woman (who was seen a few days ago trying to camp on our property) attempted to enter 288 Whitmore on the pretext she was meeting a realtor to be shown an apartment.
The realtor was called, and he stated he did not have an appointment with her and wasn’t in the building.
It is a security violation subject to a $500 fine to allow a person to enter who is not your guest.
To avoid a security violation fine:
1) do NOT confront the intruder
2) call 911 to report the intruder.
3) after calling 911, call the HOA’s office to report the intruder. If it’s after hours, residents should leave a message on the office’s answering machine with the time, date and description of the intruder.
