On weekends and holidays, EVERYONE should have access to the pool. Provide lap time only on weekdays.

I think it’s very generous enought that the HOA is providing a separate time for lap swimmers and the hours seem reasonable. But the days should be Monday through Friday.

It seems a little harsh to forbid people from using the pool if it is empty during those hours. If a lap swimmer did turn up, most people who are aware of the times would have little trouble leaving.

I do want to emphasize that everyone should always have access to the pool throughout the weekends and on holidays..

Thanks Greta for your comments! One reason for having lap swimmers hours only is to reduce conflict between residents. If a lap swimmer arrived at the pool to find a family recreationally swimming, and requested they leave the pool, the recreational swimmers may object to leaving.
