Is it possible for the RMHOA monthly board meeting agendas and subsequent minutes to be placed in a “folder” or somehow posted here for those of us who can’t come to meetings to “participate” and be kept up on what is happening here?
Also, could the projects that are being worked on by our staff be posted ongoingly, so that we and those who wonder what they do (and might want to replace them with a mgmt. co.) can be assured that staff more than earn their money?
Aaaalso, could there be ONE place where our suggestions, comments, concerns, etc. can be posted and replied to by both the board and other owners, much like a single “thread”?
