Hi Joe,
If residents are confused about why certain areas still require masks, you can tell them the board is following the science and that the places mentioned have poor air circulation, so it makes sense to continue to wear masks there.
I’ve found it’s easier to get voluntary compliance if people understand why they’re being asked to do something they might resent doing otherwise.
