Electronic Voting: The 28-day comment period having expired with no owner objections, D’Attilio motioned to adopt the February 26,2026 Election Rules Update with Electronic Voting Options, seconded by Rodriguez and the motion passed unanimously.
Electronic voting is now an option in Association elections (except for votes regarding regular and special assessments).
