288 Whitmore elevator is back in service on January 18
Elevator is repaired and back in service.
Residents of 288 Whitmore St
I’m happy to announce that a short time ago, Star’s troubleshooting team called to inform me that the elevator is fixed, and they have returned it to normal service. The cause was a burned-out wire in the area above the elevator cab.
Sincerely, Manager
288 Whitmore St elevator January 17 update
Star Elevator has expedited the troubleshooting and repair job of the elevator. Star’s troubleshooting team will be here tomorrow morning. If the problem causing the elevator to fail is reasonably easy to identify and fix, which we anticipate, the elevator will be placed back into service tomorrow. If not, I can only say I will hope it will be Friday and I will continue pushing Star to accomplish this by Friday.
I will advise you of the outcome tomorrow.
Sincerely,
Manager
