28-day Comment period begins on June 24 for the changes to our election rules to permit electronic voting

28 DAY COMMENT PERIOD

ADOPTION OF ELECTRONIC VOTING

This posting is to open a 28-Day Comment Period effective today, June 24, 2026, during which owners may make suggestions to approve, modify, or disapprove changes to the following.

Owners’ comments are welcome regarding the following subject.  At the March 26, 2026 Board meeting, the Board approved the February 26, 2026 update by the Adams-Stirling law firm for our current Election Rules (adopted May 18, 2022) to allow electronic voting in Association elections (except for votes regarding regular and special assessments).

Please make your comments, preferably in writing, to the Manager within this 28 Day Comment Period, which will end JULY 22ND at 5pm. Please bring/mail a paper document to the office or send an email to rockhoa@sbcglobal.net

Approval of Minutes:  Distributed to owners upon arrival.        

Introduction of Board Members & Candidates.                  

Treasurer’s Report (CPA Audit is included in this Packet).

Resolution to roll excess Operating Funds from 2025 into the 2026 Budget.

Year In Review and Future Projects.                                                    

Board Members & Manager will discuss subjects.    

Announcement of Election Results.

Open Forum & Discussion:  Owners ask questions & raise important subjects.         

Please discuss “daily” issues with the Manager outside of this Meeting.

Food, water, and soft drinks will be provided at the conclusion of the Meeting.

Our Annual Meeting of Owners is Wednesday May 27th at 6:30pm on the Rock Deck, Ballots needed

Our Annual Meeting (of Owners) is scheduled, and we have notified you multiple times, for Wednesday May 27th at 6:30pm on our Rock Deck next to the Gym and Office.  As notified, we will include light food and drinks AFTER the conclusion of the Meeting.  This is different than in the past, when food and drinks were available before the start and also during the Meeting.  The reason for the change is that this has caused distraction and loss of focus.

At this moment, we have 52 Ballots out of our 198 Units of voting. 

We must have 66 Ballots in order to hold the Meeting and elect Board Members. 

If you have not already returned your Ballot, please do so in the next few days.  If you have lost your Ballot, a replacement is available at the HOA Office.  We appreciate help from all owners to reach the very needed goal.
