Since this is an uncontested election, we will be distributing Proxies instead of Ballots. WE NEED AS MANY OWNERS AS POSSIBLE TO RETURN THEIR PROXIES SO WE CAN REALIZE A QUORUM OF OWNERS REPRESENTED, WHICH ALLOWS US TO HOLD THE ANNUAL MEETING.”
