A message from Board President James Falconer who was instrumental in the HOA’s participation in PG&E’s Energy Rebate Program:

“We just received a rebate check from PG&E for $35,000 that pays for the energy efficiency upgrades in Building R2. Upgrades included 2 new high efficiency water heaters and replacement LED light bulbs in the common areas. To date we have received nearly $80,000 in rebates and the HOA continues to see the reduction in our utility costs. I received a report that a bicycle was stolen from a 2nd floor balcony on Pleasant Valley Ave on Friday night. Please secure your bicycles or remove them from the balconies. Make sure your balcony door is locked.
