RMHOA Seeking Active Board Members
Calling all Rockridge Manor Homeowners….. We are looking for proactive Homeowners interested in joining the Board of Directors to help improve Rockridge Manor.
If you are interested in joining, please submit a letter of Candidacy to the Association Office by Wednesday March 20th. Letter should provide a brief description of yourself including any relevant experience you may have, what’s important to you at Rockridge Manor and how you can help contribute to the Association as an active board member.

A Rockridge Manor HOA security success story
Residents living in ground floor apartments on Pleasant Valley Ave complained that trespassers had been climbing over their patio walls.
It was decided to have our staff install a wooden trellis on top of the wall as a deterrent. It worked! It’s been about 5 years and no one has complained of people climbing over this wall.
The wooden trellis was installed unpainted. Steve O of R2 suggested it be painted to match the wall .Our staff did so and that gave this project it’s finishing touch.
This is an example of residents,Board,Manager and staff each contributing to solve a problem.
