BICYCLE THEFT ALERT: Please secure or remove bicycles from balconies accessible from the street(including above the ground floor!)

I received a report that a bicycle was stolen from a 2nd floor balcony on Pleasant Valley Ave on Friday night. Please secure your bicycles or remove them from the balconies. Make sure your balcony door is locked.
