Our Annual Meeting of Owners is Wednesday May 27th at 6:30pm on the Rock Deck, Ballots needed

Our Annual Meeting (of Owners) is scheduled, and we have notified you multiple times, for Wednesday May 27th at 6:30pm on our Rock Deck next to the Gym and Office.  As notified, we will include light food and drinks AFTER the conclusion of the Meeting.  This is different than in the past, when food and drinks were available before the start and also during the Meeting.  The reason for the change is that this has caused distraction and loss of focus.

At this moment, we have 52 Ballots out of our 198 Units of voting.  We must have 66 Ballots in order to hold the Meeting and elect Board Members.  If you have not already returned your Ballot, please do so in the next few days.  If you have lost your Ballot, a replacement is available at the HOA Office.  We appreciate help from all owners to reach the very needed goal.
