A message from Board President James Falconer who was instrumental in the HOA’s participation in PG&E’s Energy Rebate Program:

“We just received a rebate check from PG&E for $35,000 that pays for the energy efficiency upgrades in Building R2. Upgrades included  2 new high efficiency water heaters and replacement LED light bulbs in the common areas. To date we have received nearly $80,000 in rebates and the HOA continues to see the reduction in our utility costs. Thanks to all those who participated in the energy audit that was necessary to make this happen.”
