Since this weekend will provide beautiful warm weather, this is a reminder that guests of residents are limited to 2 non-resident guests per HOA Unit. The Guest count includes adults and children combined.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Pool or Jacuzzi areas. If you bring food or drinks, they must remain on one of the sundecks and strictly NO GLASS containers are allowed.
No Smoking is allowed anywhere on HOA premises. This includes all areas inside the sidewalks. Smoke drifts into the garages, Pool / sundecks, and apartments. This is both an HOA Rule and a City of Oakland Ordinance.
We have scheduled a Bulky Item Pickup for all buildings for Wed. March 11th. Please call the Office for details and guidance.

A salsa dance will happen on the sundeck (adjacent to the pool) Sunday August 10 at 2pm. You may learn the dance or, if you already know how, simply enjoy yourself.
Reminder: No smoking on HOA property. A number of residents have been sitting on HOA property NEAR THE SIDEWALK. We understand your preference to sit. However, in every such location, smoke finds its way into a garage, stairwell, or the Pool area. This is a problem for the non-smokers who are in those areas and the City of Oakland recently passed an Ordinance disallowing smoking anywhere on the grounds of a multi-family residence. To comply with Oakland’s law and with our Rules, smokers must be completely off of our property.
The County of Alameda requires that the blue cover for the Jacuzzi (Spa) MUST BE OFF OF THE SPA DURING ALL OPERATING HOURS. We know our Rule has been to place the cover back on the Spa when each resident leaves. However, this County law must be followed. Please remember this.
