We have not received enough Ballots regarding HOA Annexation of the Pool Land to have a valid vote result. Therefore, the Board of Directors has postponed tonight’s Ballot Counting Meeting until Tuesday October 17th at 6:00pm. The new voting deadline is Tuesday October 17th at 5:00pm. Please bring or mail your Ballots with your Yes or No vote to the HOA Office at

If you believe you may have omitted your signature or Unit # from the outside of the large envelope, please call the HOA Office to confirm.

WE WILL SHUT OFF THE WATER FOR PLUMBING WORK IN THE BUILDING FRIDAY AUGUST 18TH FROM 2:00pm-3:00pm.
THE WATER MAY BE RETURNED TO SERVICE BEFORE 3:00pm, HOWEVER, WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT.
