If you intend to run for the Board of Directors, you must notify the Manager of your candidacy by Sunday March 31. You may email the office or slip your candidacy announcement under the office door.
Jacuzzi soon to be back in service
We have had the new Jacuzzi heater installed. We have one remaining obstacle to reopening, which our staff anticipates resolving tomorrow. Also tomorrow, LaBella’s Pool Service will be here to make sure the chemicals are correct. I will notify you tomorrow regarding the status.

Pool closed Monday and Tuesday 3-4-24 and 3-5-24
On Monday March 4th, LaBella’s Pool will fix the leaking pipe in the Pool area. This will require closing the Pool Monday and Tuesday. We appreciate your understanding, since this closure is for a highly needed purpose.

Standpipe Test at 288 Whitmore St on Tuesday Feb 20 after 9:30AM
- The HOA has 5-year standpipe testing performed at 288 Whitmore St on Tuesday Feb 20, starting shortly after 9:30am. You may periodically hear the building’s Fire Alarm sound for a very brief time, probably 2 seconds or less. This test will likely take a number of hours, so we don’t know when it will be concluded.1
